Note that I'm using the Hebrew version as a basis because both He and Ar are RTL languages. The translation itself relies more on the English version, which is more detailed and assumes less knowledge about local issues (Arabic speakers come from Israel and around the world, while Hebrew speakers are almost entirely Israeli).
